No. 제 목 설 명
Acetaldehyde To produce acetaldehyde from ethylene by direct oxidation
Acetic acid To produce acetic acid by oxidation of acetaldehyde with oxygen. The process is characterized by: high yield, low utility consumption and low investment cost.
The catalyst is recycled without any treatment and any losses. From the crude acetic acid the final product of high purity is distilled in three columns under atmospheric pressure. Byproducts are not obtained.
Acetic anhydride Production of acetic anhydride from methanol and carbon monoxide by carbonylation of methyl acetate.
Acrylic acid To produce acrylic acid from propylene by catalytic oxidation.
Acrylonitrile A process for the manufacture of acrylonitrile from propylene, anhydrous fertilizer-grade ammonia and air. 99 + % purity HCN and acetonitrile may be recovered as salable byproducts if desired.
Alkylbenzene To produce linear alkylbenzne (LAB) from C10 to C14 linear paraffins by alkylating benzene with olefins made using the Pacol dehydrogenation and the DeFine selective hydrogenation processes.
Alpha alcohols A process for making even-numbered, straightchain alpha alcohols from ethylene, aluminum, hydrogen, solvents, air, and water. The process also produces byproducts of either high-purity alumina or alum.
Amines To produce mono-, di-, and trimethylamines, CH3NH2, (CH3)2NH and (CH3)3N from anhydrous ammonia and methanol.
Ammonia To produce ammonia from hydrocarbon feedstocks using a high-pressure steam reforming process.
Ammonium nitrate Production of concentrated 99.8-wt % ammonium nitrate solutions. The Carnit Process, which requires no external heat supply, combines a high energy efficiency with ease of operation and low capital cost. The process can be optimized either to produce clean 5 bar steam for export, or to use a dilute nitric acid feed.
